Each year The Enchanted Maze Garden at Arthurs Seat on the Mornington Peninsula plants over 100,000 stalks of maize(corn) to create the Maize maze to add to their 7 other mazes. Opening mid February, the pattern of the Maize Maze changes every year to keep even the most talented and devoted maze goers guessing, past patterns have included unicorns, pirate ships, dinosaurs and mermaids.
