Situated on Main Road Neerim South, each self contained accommodation has reverse cycle air conditioning, kitchen, separate bathroom with corner spa, comfortable queen size beds and private balcony overlooking hill views.   

The Cottage has a queen bed on a loft level and a separate bedroom with a queen bed on the lower level, there is also a solid fuel heater to warm you during the winter months and has all mod cons such as flat screen television, DVD/Video and DVD library. 

Fluffy bathrobes are provided for your stay and a sumptuous country style breakfast hamper is provided on your arrival which includes home make breads and jams.

Each unit has private barbecue facilities where you can sit and watch the king parrots and rosellas feed to their hearts content.

The Studio Suite is a private single level romantic studio apartment which accommodates one couple exclusively and features breathtaking views over the rolling hills of Neerim South and Jindivick. The architectural style and French provincial decor provides a space which is both comfortable and pleasing to the eye.

Outside you can enjoy alfresco dining on your own private balcony overlooking the landscaped gardens. The Studio is equipped with corner spa bath, kitchenette, reverse cycle air conditioning, flat screen television, DVD/video and DVD library.    

Our new Master Suite has a queen bed, reverse cycle air conditioning, corner spa in a separate bathroom with a large window looking out to the garden, kitchenette, large flat screen television, DVD/Video and DVD library. There is also a balcony which overlooks the extensive gardens and mountain views.
