Two contemporary self contained apartments. Located in one of St Kilda's lovely art deco buildings on Fitzroy Street, the apartments face a large, palm filled courtyard so traffic noise is not an issue. Internet access and telephone for local calls, contemporary decor in a fabulous location. When you go out of the main entrance on to Fitzroy Street there is a great choice of restaurants, cafes and bars. To your left is Cacao for wonderful coffee and chocolate, to your right fabulous Mirka restaurant and so many options for food and entertainment all just a few minutes walk. Stroll down Fitzroy Street and out on to St Kilda pier, visit the Sunday market on the Esplanade.

Easy public transport by way of three  trams  16,  96,  112  (16 goes along St Kilda Road to CBD, 96 takes a bit over ten minutes to CBD and turns into Bourke Street, the 112 leaves from corner of Park and Fitzroy Street and enters the CBD along Collins Street). First morning breakfast provisions are supplied. The airport shuttle drops off in Fitzroy Street and the pick up to the airport bus is outside the front door of the apartment building.

The apartments are perfect for people relocating to Melbourne, here on business or here for a longer holiday. The apartments have a well fitted kitchen, sitting room, balcony is off the sitting room, bathroom (older style that has the shower over the bath), bedroom, office. There is a communal laundry within the apartment block. There is no smoking inside the apartment, if you happen to be a smoker you can do so on the balcony. The apartments are in a great location and St Kilda is a wonderful place to stay whilst in Melbourne.

Cancellation / Booking Policy
Cancellation is two weeks prior otherwise minimum of one night will be forfeited. Late cancellation prior to major event will result in 50% of booking being forfeited. There is absolutely no smoking inside either apartment, if there is smoking inside the apartments a minimum of at least two nights will be charged.
