The Queenscliff Seafood Feast will be held on Good Friday 2 & 3th April 2010 at Princess Park, Gellibrand Street, Queenscliff. The popular Queenscliff Seafood Feast is a smorgasbord of seafood delights donated by the seafood industry and prepared by an army of volunteers on Good Friday as part of a major community fundraising effort for The Royal Children's Hospital. The Queenscliff Seafood Feast: - Is one of the largest regional fundraisers for the Royal Children’s Hospital. - Is attended by over 15,000 families from across Victoria in one day. - Is the biggest Australian seafood festival. - Offers live entertainment from world class performers. - Prepares over 6.5 tonnes of seafood, by over 440 skilled volunteers. - Serves over 2700 litres of regional beverages, including wine and beer. - Is supported by the Australian Fisheries Management Authority and recognised as the only event of its kind. - Is supported by major media and broadcast live on television networks. - Is an excellent opportunity for corporate sponsorship, product placement and trade displays. All proceeds go to The Royal Children's Hospital Good Friday Appeal.
