| It's been a big night. You and your friends have been out for hours, bar hopping through Richmond. Now it's 2am and the last drinks have just been called, but you want to keep on rocking. Through the night sky, The Vine's red and green neon sign glows like a beacon, attracting all the tipsy barflies who think it's far too early to call a taxi and go to bed. The Vine is centrally located in Richmond's bar and restaurant district and it's the only joint around that stays open until 4am (and sometimes even later). Its side room is full of pokies and caters to those who enjoy a flutter, and it also boasts a large pool room for late-night competitions. A digital juke box simultaneously screens music videos on the pub's many TVs. The Vine is probably not the best venue for a romantic night out. Instead, it's the sort of noisy place that's best suited to locals and pub-loving creatures of the night.
