Local Directions The Lorne Visitor Inforamtion Centre is located at the corner of Mountjoy Parade and Otway Street Lorne. The Lorne Visitor Centre is a 300 metre square information centre that features recycled timbers and environmentally- sustainable materials and low energy lighting and heating.
The Lorne Visitor Centre opened its doors in 1993 and is open 7 days each week (9am – 5pm) excluding Christmas day and provides a valuable service to all coastal visitors.
One of the key objectives of the Lorne Visitor Centre is to excite visitors about the Surfcoast and the Great Ocean Road by providing a high level of customer service and quality services. The Centre serves tourists from overseas, within Australia, as well as local visitors.
