A country vineyard and restaurant that actually looks like one, Kilgour Estate has resisted the temptation to contrast city-chic style with rural surrounds as many other places do. Instead, parts of the estate are authentically rickety and paths meander charmingly. This rustic charm certainly does not negatively effect the quality of the restaurant with highlights such as the seafood platter, the tempting Kilgour wines and the views from the deck across Corio Bay.
