There are three bedrooms (sleeps eight) and features:

• The master bedroom with a queen-size bed with en suite and spa on the upper level.
• The second bedroom on the lower level has a double bed.
• The third bedroom also on the lower level has two single bunks which sleep four.

The upper level has an open-plan living area features:

• A deck with ocean and river views
• The upper level has a reverse cycle air-conditioner
• The lounge area features LCD TV, Video, DVD and CD player
• The Kitchen had modern appliances and includes, gas oven and cooktop, dishwasher, microwave oven

The lower level features

• Gas ducted heating
• Sunroom, second bathroom and laundry

Pool and gardens feature:

• In-ground swimming pool and spa
• Gas barbecue in private gardens
• Cubby house
