Large freestanding Victorian Terrace, built 1880, all rooms ensuite, free wireless available in most areas of the building. Individual air conditioning all rooms, also heat recovery ventilation system on the second floor, keeps rooms dryer  removes pollen and dust.

All windows are opening sash style, light and airy atmosphere. Individual decor in rooms.  Sunny courtyard for guests, barbeque, tubs of citrus, long outdoor table. Perfect for hot summer nights.

Also available chic, contemporary one bedroom + study apartment in nearby Art Deco block - facing an internal courtyard there is no traffic noise, step outside and you are in the heart of St Kilda. Apartment has minimum night requirements. Suits longer stay or relocation.  Up one flight of stairs, very Deco, very St Kilda. Generous starter goodies for breakfast. Twice weekly service.
 
Great restaurants such as Stokehouse, Donovans, DiStasio, Sapore are located all within walking distance. Albert Park Lake home of Melbourne’s Formula One Grand Prix is a five minutes walk away. Cancellation / Booking Policy
During peak periods - Formula One Grand Prix, Christmas, Melbourne Cup and others which may occur irregularly we have a seven day prior cancellation policy, also a minimum number of nights stay. later than this one night stay would be forfeited. At other times of the year it is 48 hours prior.
